Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or any reason other than those described below.

Eligible cases

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The item you received is significantly different from the product description or photos, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

Conditions for claims

  • Contact us at support@arigatoplus.net within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information).
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. For trading cards, photos must show the exact card received, front and back.
  • Items must be kept unused and in their original condition, including any protective sleeves, top loaders, or sealed packaging. Claims for items that have been opened (where sold sealed), altered, or removed from their protective packaging cannot be accepted.
  • We may request the return of the item before issuing a refund. Return shipping addresses will be provided upon approval; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless we determine the item was misdescribed or damaged in transit.

Important notes

  • Card conditions are graded as described in each listing. Minor imperfections consistent with the stated condition (e.g., slight edgewear on items listed as "Near Mint" or below) do not qualify as "not as described."
  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings; this does not qualify as a defect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse claims that show signs of tampering, card substitution, or abuse of this policy.
  • Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase using the cancellation link on your order confirmation page. After this window, orders are processed for fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
